ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the students in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the Institute.
- Grievances received in writing from the students about any of the following matters:-
- a. Academic Matters: Related to timely issue of duplicate Mark-sheets, Transfer Certificates, Conduct Certificates or other examination related matters.
- b. Complaints, of alleged discrimination of students, from the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Women, Minority or Disabled categories.
- c. Harassment and victimization of students, including sexual harassment.
- d. To forward grievances to the relevant department, such as maintenance, transportation, academics, or amenities.
- e. To organize regular meetings to assess the resolution status of the grievances.
- f. To conduct regular follow-ups on these issues until they are ultimately resolved.
- g. To keep the grievances confidential, if necessary.
- h. Any other related work arising in the college to be resolved.
